Welcome to Filto! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Filto app ("App"), an AI-powered platform. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
To access Filto, you must be at least 17 years old. By signing up or using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, you are prohibited from using the App.
As a user, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that take place under your account. FiltoAuto grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App. You agree to:
· Use the App for lawful and appropriate purposes only.
· Not interfere with or disrupt the functioning or security of the App.
· Refrain from misrepresenting information, committing fraud, or violating the rights of others.
· Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any aspect of the App.
Filto uses AI to generate conversational content. While the AI facilitates interactive conversations, it may not always provide fully accurate or reliable information. You acknowledge that AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice and agree to verify any critical information independently before taking action.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available within the App or on our website. By using Filto, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, software, and other elements in the App are owned by FiltoAuto or its licensors. You are not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App beyond the scope of the granted license without explicit permission.
· No Warranty: The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
· Limitations of AI: AI-generated content may contain errors. FiltoAuto is not responsible for any actions taken based on such content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiltoAuto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
FiltoAuto may update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect once published in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If you violate this Agreement, your access to the App may be suspended or terminated. You can also deactivate your account at any time by reaching out to Waqasyasiere@gmail.com.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FiltoAuto operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
